Waterloo Man Found Alive on Roadside Following ATV Accident

Indi­ana Con­ser­va­tion offi­cers are inves­ti­gat­ing an acci­dent after the vic­tim was dis­cov­ered lying on the side of Route 27 north of Auburn late Fri­day night with a Honda ATV nearby. Two motorists found 42-year-old Travis L. Hypes of Water­loo, who was air­lifted to a Fort Wayne hos­pi­tal. Inves­ti­ga­tors are treat­ing this as an off-road acci­dent so far and are not sus­pect­ing a hit-and-run incident.
