A Wauseon woman is indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on seven counts for involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, felonious assault and more. Prosecutors say Amber Barnett caused a person’s death while committing a felony. She was arrested Tuesday by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and is currently at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
