Welker Indicted

Jonathon Welker, is indicted for attempted murder in Putnam County. Prosecutors say Welker tried to kill Jonathon Hodgson with a knife. Hodgson received medical attention but has since been released. Welker initially appeared in Putnam County Municipal Court on Dec. 30, shortly after his arrest, and waived his right to a preliminary hearing, there. He is held in the Putnam County Jail.
