Hugh Whitehead…the Bryan man accused of rape is sentenced Tuesday to four and a half years in prison. Whitehead was indicted back in December. Prosecutors say he held his victim against her will…and more. Last month Whitehead pled guilty to the abduction charge and an amended charge of fourth-degree felony assault. The rape and domestic violence charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement.
