Whitehead Indicted

Hugh Whitehead, the Bryan man accused of raping and assaulting a woman, is indicted by a Williams County grand jury. Prosecutors say it happened on Dec. 6. The indictment further contends that Whitehead is a sexually violent predator. He has another court date in January.
