Whitman Accused Of Rape

A DeKalb County man is arrested and charged with rape after an investigation by Indiana State Police. Officers began investigating Butler Creative Touch Massage in Butler after a woman accused the business of non-consensual sexual activity when getting a massage in early January. Another woman came forward to police alleging a similar experience at the same place two years ago. James Whitman was taken into custody by ISP detectives.
