The problem isn’t enough jobs, according to Congressman Bob Latta. He says business owners all across Ohio tell him they can’t find employees to work. He said business owners in Ohio’s Fifth District which he represents, say they can’t find employees with just the basic skills who will show up for work. The other problem, he says, is when they do find potential employees, they can’t pass a drug test. He said the fix includes awareness of the problem, more and better job training, and dealing with the drug problem. Latta ran unopposed in the Ohio primary.
