Williams Co. Commissioners address trespassing incidents at courthouse.

In response to some recent trespassing incidents on the grounds of the Williams County Courthouse, the commissioners are taking action.  The Williams County Courthouse and its grounds are government-owned property, according to a recent resolution passed by the commissioners. The resolution also directs the enforcement of Ohio’s criminal trespass statute against individuals who stay on courthouse property after closing hours or who refuse to leave when legally ordered to do so.
