A Williams County grand jury has returned a multi-count indictment against a Bryan man in connection with an alleged hit-and-run crash and related offenses, according to court records filed Thursday. The indictment in Williams County Common Pleas Court charges Michael D. Quillen with three counts of failure to stop after an accident, all fourth-degree felonies, along with one count of driving under suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor. Quillen is also charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. The failure-to-stop charges stem from a Nov. 12 accident on eastbound County Road G near County Road 10.
