The Williams County Board of Elections moves the voting location for two Bryan precincts and rejects a citizen’s protestation of another candidate. Bryan Precincts E and F will now vote at Wesley United Methodist Church, on Center St., just over a mile away from the current location. Separately, the board also rejected a letter, protesting Jason Randall’s candidacy for sheriff on the Republican primary as the deadline for such protestations has passed. The board rejected the letter, contingent on approval by Williams County Prosecutor, Katie Zartman. The letter states Randall is currently working as a classified employee with Bryan City Schools but Ohio Revised Code says someone seeking public office must resign from classified positions. Board members also accepted the withdrawal of Natasha Baldwin from the ballot. She was running against Nick Lanzer in the Republican primary for Williams County Clerk of Courts. Lanzer will now be running unopposed.
