It’s nearly time for the Williams County Fair beginning Saturday through September 14th on the Williams County Fairgrounds, 619 E. Main St., Montpelier. Fair organizers say in addition to the 4-H animal shows, the Williams County Fair will have a host of other activities. Grandstand events are planned for every day during the week, including a rodeo Saturday at 7 p.m., a high school band show Monday at 7 p.m., harness racing Wednesday at 1 p.m., youth night Thursday at 7 p.m., the demolition derby Friday at 7 p.m. and KOI drag racing Saturday, Sept. 14, at 6 p.m.
