Williams County Land Reutilization Corp. continues to plan for the rollout of new funds coming soon.

The Williams County Land Reutilization Corp. continues to plan for the rollout of new funds coming soon. The land bank, as it’s frequently called, recently reviewed possible residential units for demolition when the funding is received, as well as brownfield remediation projects. Currently, the land bank has three potential properties on the list. The board was informed the Edon school brownfield project is largely finished. The board also approved appropriating $31,000 dollars for a building in Montpelier that received minor damage during a demolition project. The next meeting of the land bank will be on Oct. 12.
