A Williams County woman sustained serious injuries Tuesday afternoon in a one-vehicle crash east of here. 38 year old Jeniffer Bergeon of Edgerton, was hospitalized at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, where her condition was unknown. According to the Defiance post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, Bergeon was northbound on Williams County Road 7 at U.S. 6 and struck a ditch at 3:08 p.m.. The vehicle overturned and came to rest in a field. Bergeon was taken by Williams County EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, before being transferred to St. Vincent’s.
