Winkler Avoids Jail Time

Belinda Winkler, accused of embezzling a large sum of cash from her employer, Defiance Truck Sales and Services, is sentenced to community control in a Defiance County courtroom. The judge also ordered that a 39-month prison term be reserved for Winkler if she violates terms. Winkler will also make a $100,000 restitution to the business. The incidents happened between 2015 and 2017.
