Woman driving wrong way on I-469 killed

A woman driving the wrong way on I-469 near Fort Wayne was killed when she crashed into a guardrail and was thrown out of the driver’s side door. We’re waiting to hear from Allen County Sheriff’s Department to release the woman’s name. The crash happened about 7:45 p.m. Monday.
