Woman Hurt On Porch

A Paulding County woman is badly hurt after she is hit by a vehicle while sitting on her West St. porch in Payne. Brenda Taylor was flown to Parkview in critical condition. Witnesses told officers the car went through a bean field and struck a sign before hitting the porch of Taylor’s home. The male driver fled the scene on foot, he is still loose. The incident remains under investigation.
