Woman Survives Spectacular Crash

In DeKalb County…a woman falls asleep behind the wheel…her car leaves the roadway…hits a rise…and launches airborne…careening into an embankment, on Thursday. All this…along S.R. 8. They say the car plowed through a field for a bit…then went skyward. Kjia Woodcox, 31, of Butler was the driver. She reports minor injuries. State and local officials are investigating. Some are saying she is lucky to be alive.
