Work Begins

The window project at the Williams County Courthouse will begin with a demonstration, with the full schedule beginning shortly after. Williams County officials updated the board of commissioners on the project. The contractor plans to start on the fourth floor and work their way down, but it will also work around the Williams County Common Pleas Court schedule so when cases are not going on they may switch to that area. The work will be done in two-week intervals where workers will install for 14 straight days, then take a week off as they are located out of town. The project will replace or restore 175 windows in the courthouse.
