Yost Joins Suit

Ohio Attorney General, Dave Yost joins a coalition of 51 states and territories in filing a lawsuit involving an alleged widespread conspiracy by drug manufacturers. The suit alleges the company’s efforts were intended to artificially inflate and manipulate prices, reduce competition and unreasonably restrain trade for generic topical drugs sold across the United States.
