Ernest Wallace of Wauseon was in a Fulton County courtroom. He pled guilty to felonious assault. The arrest report shows on or about Aug. 18, he caused serious physical harm to another. He gets two years in prison, and is ordered to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed counsel fees.
