Local doctor is suing Paulding County Hospital

An Antwerp doctor is suing Paulding County Hospital over an employment agreement. Dr. James Gray is seeking damages in excess of $25,000. He’s alleging he was removed from his job one month before his five year contract ended and forbidden to return to his office. He’s also asking for his non-competition provisions to be declared unenforceable.
