The Warren, Michigan-based company broke ground last week on an expansion of its 22-acre campus at 900 Cassell Drive in Fremont. Cold Heading Company employs more than 800 workers in three states, including 130 employees at its Fremont facility and an additional 45 people at its Hudson, Indiana facility.
