Local indictments

Two area residents were indicted this week by a Defiance County grand jury. 22-year-old Daymon Walker of Hicksville was indicted on one count of theft of drugs and one count of possession of drugs. Authorities say that Walker overdosed on April 15th and was found to have Xanax on him that had been stolen.
A Ney man was indicted for domestic violence. 21-year-old Craig Bergman allegedly caused physical harm to a household member who was pregnant on May 1st.
