Fair Foundation asks for ok to build on Fairgrounds

The Williams County Fair Foundation says its relationship with the fair board has deteriorated and asked the County Commission for permission to build their own building on the fairgrounds. After detailing the eroding relationship, the commission said they would consider it and asked to see some building specs before making any decisions.
