Toledo club owners charged with drugs, prostitution

Thirteen people were arrested at a Toledo adult entertainment club for various illegal activity, including illegal drug trafficking and prostitution by the Ohio Investigative Unit and the Toledo Police Department.
After a six month investigation into complaints of drug trafficking, prostitution and illegally operating a sexually oriented business, officials served a search warrant on Saturday at Deja vu on S. Byrne Street in Toledo. The club’s managers, Dennis Eckert and Stephen Elsworth are charged with 15 counts each of illegal operation of a sexually oriented business and other liquor permit violations. The two could lose their liquor license.
