New manufacturer moving to Bryan

A new manufacturer is in town. The Bryan Times reports that TPC Metals, is relocating from Canton, Ohio to Bryan, to improve their ability to serve customers thoughout the midwest and the east coast markets. TPC is installing new equipment in space they are renting from Ohio Art at its Toy Street facility. Ohio Art is working with the company and expects new opportunities to arise.
The move will take place during the rest of August and September, with operations expected to be up and running “early in the fourth quarter.” It’s not yet clear how many jobs the firm will bring with it.
