Bryan man is one of two suspects arrested Sunday in murder case

A Bryan man is one of two suspects arrested Sunday by Hillsdale County, Michigan, Sheriff’s deputies in the alleged murder of a man found April 2 in rural Hillsdale County. 40 year old Jay Scott Clark of Baker St. in Bryan, was arrested along with 27 year old Ashley Diane Hoath of Hillsdale, in connection with the homicide of Jeremy Barron, according to Hillsdale County Sheriff Timothy Parker. The 37 year old Barron of Hillsdale, was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds on April 2 in a woods off Dimmers Road, near Gilmore Road, in Camden Township. Clark and Hoath were arraigned Monday in Second District Court, Hillsdale County, and both are being held at the Hillsdale County Jail. Clark is being held without bond and Hoath’s bond was set at $50,000.
