A 23 year old man from Garrett is arrested from an incident he was involved in back in September, outside of an area bar. Another man was left hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The DeKalb County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Adam High with aggravated battery. Accompanied by his attorney, High turned himself into the custody of the Indiana State Police.
