Heinze Brought In Without Further Incident

Deputies arrest a wanted Montpelier man after a foot pursuit and short standoff near Nettle Lake. Timothy Heinze fled and barricaded himself in a house trailer. Montpelier Police cordoned off the area, while officers opened a line of communication. Heinze surrendered after 20 minutes A misdemeanor resisting arrest charge was added after his apprehension. He was taken to the jail in Stryker, awaiting a court date.
