Officers Continue Looking For Hephner

Steuben County deputies want the public’s help in finding a wanted fugitive registered sex offender. An arrest warrant for 27 year old Mitchell Hephner of Angola has been brought forward. Hephner is charged with 2 counts of failure to register his offender status. Hephner is white…6-1…165…brown eyes and short brown hair. He has several tattoos around the neck and throat area.
