A Bryan man pleads not guilty to a list of sexual battery charges. Charles Raynor was in a Williams County courtroom. Each of the charges are felonies. Raynor was indicted in March by a County grand jury. He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a female to whom he is the natural or adoptive parent in 2016.
