Two are hurt after a three car crash in DeKalb County. Witnesses told officers Joshua Chapman of Spencerville pulled out in front of a vehicle at the intersection of CR 35 and CR 68. The pickup hits him and overturns. Chapman after the first collision continued through, hitting a another car head on. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to an area hospital.
