A Garrett man faces reckless driving charges after a DeKalb County deputy clocks him on a motorcycle going 153 mph in a 50 mph zone on CR 48. Kyle Brooks then heads into Garrett at that speed. Brooks stopped near South and Taylor roads and was taken into custody.
