Robber Turns Himself In

A man, accused of robbing a store in Fostoria, turns himself in. Police responded to the Dollar Tree on East Lytle Street. The clerk told police Donald Hummer of Oregon came into the store with a knife and forced her to open the register. Hummer left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police say a family member convinced Hummer to turn himself into police. He is charged with kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
