Manning Goes To Prison

A Defiance man goes to prison for hitting a female with his car. Rontoy Manning gets 30 months by Judge Joseph Schmenk for vehicular assault…and a 30-month term was reimposed consecutively for a probation violation for burglary. Prosecutors say Manning caused serious physical harm to a female pedestrian in the early morning hours of March 3, when he ran over her on Jackson Avenue in Defiance.
