It’s Summertime In Montpelier

The Bean Days and Balloon Festival in Montpelier is this weekend. Word is, it promises to be bigger and better than ever. The theme this year is “Building a Brighter Future Through Recreation.” A Thursday night talent show kicks of the festivities at the Superior Middle School gymnasium. There are children’s activities, a variety of food, live music and a Montpelier High School reunion on Friday…all while hot air balloons return to stage fly-overs of greater Montpelier. And that’s just the beginning. All weekend long, there will be literally dozens of fun things to do at the event.
