A Bryan woman, accused of threatening a sheriff’s deputy, pleads not guilty by reason of insanity. Rebecca Raynor is accused of aggravated menacing. The charge stems from a domestic dispute back in April. Raynor’s husband, Charles Raynor, “felt threatened” by Rebecca and fled to the Bryan Police department, where he met a deputy exiting the building. Rebecca allegedly pulled behind him and confronted both men with a loaded .22 caliber rifle in her lap. Her next court appearance has not yet been scheduled, pending the results of a psychiatric evaluation
