Add the Steuben County Commissioners to the growing list that have officially passed resolutions declaring their opposition to Artesian of Pioneer’s intent to drill into an area aquifer and potentially sell as many as 14 million gallons a day of its water to up to nine communities. Steuben County joins the Williams County Commissioners, Bryan City Council and several other panels, in opposition to Artesian owner and Pioneer Mayor Ed Kidston’s long-term plan.
