Worley Gets Delay

The convicted murderer of Sierah Joughin will not face execution in less than 10 months, as ordered by Fulton County Judge Jeffrey Robinson. In fact, due to the potentially lengthy appeals process involving death sentences, James Worley may not face lethal injection for at least another 15 years.
