A vehicle crashes into a train and ends up on its top in Woodburn. Responders were sent to Woodburn at Sampson. There, they find the car, upside down, next to a train crossing, notorious for not having the typical set of railroad crossing equipment. Instead, only a yield sign and train crossing signage poses for the warning. Officials are surprised and pleased to report the victim suffered only minor injuries. The Norfolk Southern and its seven cars stopped and was used to pull the smashed vehicle onto the roadway. Officials say it looks like the driver needed to pay more attention.
