Edon Council Makes Funding Commitment

Councilmembers in Edon vote to put a quarter of its tax revenues towards capital improvements in the area. It begins with the new budget year. At current levels, the city takes around 20 percent of those revenues and spends it on improvements. At one point, officials considered upping the number to 30 percent. The idea still has a few hurdles to clear, policy-wise.
