The Ohio Development Services Agency awards more than $27 million to 41 communities to fix and build affordable housing for low-income people. Some of the funds go to provide homeownership and rental assistance as well. Williams County will receive a $700,000 grant to rehabilitate 10 owner-occupied homes and more. The county will partner with the City of Bryan on the projects.
