Burke Trial Update

A trial date is set Randy Burke…the Napoleon High School teacher and coach accused of sex crimes against students. Burke, 55, of Hamler, had a pretrial hearing in Henry County. He faces six counts of gross sexual imposition, all felonies and more. A jury trial is now scheduled for June 24. Burke, who taught physical education and also coached cross country and track at the school, was previously ordered to have no contact with the alleged victims in the case, nor have any contact with any members of the 2018 Napoleon cross country team. Burke is accused of having sexual contact with four girls, ranging in age from 14-17.
