Spangler Candy is knocking down older warehouse areas and a storage facility on the north side of its Mulberry Street facility. The two office buildings there will remain intact for renovation. The old warehouse area, built in the early 1900s, will be demolished in the fall to increase space and efficiency of transport operations.
