Dunbar Case Goes To Grand Jury

A Defiance woman had a charge dismissed in court this week so the case could be presented to a county grand jury. Sherry Dunbar appeared before the Defiance Municipal Court on a charge of solicitation. The judge signed a dismissal in the case…so now it can be taken behind closed doors. Dunbar was initially charged in an undercover operation back in December at her residence. The investigation is continuing, with the possibility of other persons being charged.
