Emergency Lines Down In Kendallville

Internet Technology crews are working to bring the primary phone lines for the Kendallville’s Police and Fire Departments back on line. Officials say the computer system that operates the network started malfunctioning, causing problems within the normal phone system. Crews hope to have it back up in the coming hours.
