Four people are hurt after a two vehicle crash at the intersection of State Road 827 and County Road 300 North in Steuben County. Investigators tell reporters one car was westbound on 300 North when it crested a hill, ran a stop sign and struck a northbound car. Officers think the driver of the first car, Brandon Wooster was speeding…and also passing another vehicle prior to the crash. Wooster was pinned in his vehicle and had to be cut out of it by emergency crews. He was taken to Parkview Regional with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the second vehicle Ashton Davis of Fremont, suffered minor injuries. Two other passengers in the second car received treatment at the scene and then were taken to an area hospital. Drugs and alcohol are suspected in this crash.
