Williams County Commissioners have signed on to litigation against opioid suppliers, joining hundreds of other counties across the country as plaintiffs in a federal complaint filed in the United States District Court in Ohio. Drug companies and distributors in the case had argued that the communities involved as plaintiffs had no bearing to file suit.
