Williams County’s non-seasonally adjusted unemployment rate dropped to 3.7 percent in February, down from percent in January. The rate was under both the state and national levels and continues to be the lowest in the four-county area. An estimated 18,200 of the county’s 18,900-person workforce was on the clock in February.
