Authorities say a Stryker man raped a 16-year-old girl twice and repeatedly engaged in sexual conduct with her. Stephen Cutchall was indicted by a Williams County grand jury for rape, sexual battery and domestic violence. Officials say this went on in 2018 and earlier this year.
